Children's Ministry
Awana meets at RRBC on Wednesday nights from 6:45 - 8:15pm during the school year and is for kids 2 years old through 5th grade. It's a Bible based kids club designed to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ and to train them to serve Him.

Here at River Road Baptist Church, we consider it a great privilege to join along side of parents in the teaching of Biblical principles to our children. Our children of today must be taught and equipped to be the church of tomorrow. In all of our ministries our purpose is to help our children develop and grow physically, emotionally and spiritually into complete persons for Jesus Christ. Our weekly ministries to our children include Sunday School, Children’s Church, R.A.’s, G.A.’s and Children’s Choir. Other activities during the year include Vacation Bible School, Kid’s Camp and many others to help our children grow through Bible Study, Fellowship and Fun. Through all of these ministries our prayer is that Proverb’s 22: 6 will become a reality in our lives which states, “Train up A Child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.”
Remember Psalms 127: 3 “Behold children are a heritage from the Lord.”
